Exchange Policy

At MAFHH Threads, we want you to love every piece of home apparel you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags and packaging should be intact.

• Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or mistake.

2. Exchange Timeframe

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To initiate an exchange, contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone with your order details.

3. Process

• Once we receive your request, we will guide you on returning the item.

• After inspection, we will process the exchange for the same item or another available product of equal value.

• If the replacement item costs more than the original, the difference will be charged.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
